If you want your child to ride the bus, please take the following steps:
1. Check to see if you are eligible: https://www.schools.nyc.gov/school-life/transportation/bus-eligibility
2. If you are eligible, choose the stop that is closest to your home: BUS STOPS
3. Download this form REGISTRATION FOR TRANSPORTATION SERVICE FORM
4. Open it using https://www.pdffiller.com/
5. Fill in ALL boxes with * the form and choose Option 1
6. Email the completed form to the school at 30q166@schools.nyc.gov
